Why sign a buyer representation agreement when I can get better service by working with several realtors instead of just one?
Answers for Buyers

Anyone who walks into a realtor's office is considered a "customer," and is afforded several rights including honesty and fairness. But a "customer's" rights are very limited, as is a realtor's obligation to that "customer." However, when you enter into a Buyer Representation Agreement with a realtor and effectively become a "Client", you are entitled to full representation. "Client" benefits include many features and services that you would want and expect in a real estate transaction.
