Unfortunately, this may happen.  In addition to prospective buyers, real estate agents may also find this site useful in identifying sellers that are selling their home by owner.  But, agents already have access to many different sources for this information including the newspaper, other internet sites, and special FSBO information services.  Therefore, a good many of the initial, early visits to your home could be from real estate agents.  In spite of our "terms of use" statement, which clearly indicates that the properties listed on KenoshaFSBO.com are not to be used as a "mailing list," real estate agents might solicit you.  You will likely receive mailings, but hopefully, nothing more intrusive.   How you respond to these solicitations is totally up to you.
