1. League Information
The Tucson Premier League (TPL) will launch the 2022-2023 fall season in collaboration with the Arizona Soccer Association (ASA) and local member clubs and teams. As a sanctioned ASA league, TPL’s vision is to grow the game of soccer in Tucson and surrounding communities while offering participants new opportunities to enjoy the game soccer in a safe, affordable, and fun environment.

• 15U/2008 – 15 years of age and under.
• 14U/2009 – 14 years of age and under.
• 13U/2010 – 13 years of age and under.
• 12U/2011 – 12 years of age and under.
• 11U/2012 – 11 years of age and under.
• 10U/2013 – 10 years of age and under.
• 9U/2014 – 9 years of age and under.
• 8U/2015 – 8 years of age and under.
• 7U/2016 – 7 years of age and under.

2. League Registration Costs
A. Team Registration Fee (entry fee, website, and league awards)
7U-8U: $150 12 games
9U-10U: $250 12 games
11U-12U: $300 12 games
13U-14U: $400 12 games
15U-16U: $400 12 games
17U-19U: $400 12 games
B. Referee Fees Paid by Teams (on field prior to game)
9U-10U $18.00 Per Team Single Referee
11U-12U $20.00 Per Team Single Referee
13U-14U $48.00 Per Team Three Referee Crew
15U-16U $53.00 Per Team Three Referee Crew
17U-19U $55.00 Per Team Three Referee Crew
3. Registration Process

>Complete the application and submit payment.
>Refund Policy
>Teams withdrawing before the registration deadline – Receive Full refund.
>Teams withdrawing after the registration deadline – Receive refund minus $75 fee.
>Teams withdrawing after the game schedule is published – No Refund/Forfeit entire
registration fee.
>No refund for referee fees.
4. League Benefits
Affordable prices.
Play against new clubs and teams from surrounding areas.
Games will be played throughout greater Tucson at various city and county parks including not
limited to Kino Sports Complex, Golf Links, Rillito Park, Oro Valley, Reach 11 and many more.
League Sanctioned by ASA, US Youth Soccer.
Participating TPL teams qualify for the 2023 ASA State Cup and Presidents Cup.
New coaching education and development opportunities.
New referee education and development opportunities.
New youth player programs and events in the planning stages (Spring League, Tournament,
Academy Festivals, Clinics, etc.).
